Oracle's back end for health insurance administration is the clear industry leader.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike. Further integration with member facing technologies would be nice, and I believe they announced these are in the works.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Fixing a broken system of outdated, not friendly to use systems. The benefits are ease of use and very powerful tool.
