Fantastic analytics tool; automations are where it shines

What do you like best?

- Wide array of automations, including to slack, data lakes, and marketing platforms.

- dynamic variations on visualizations / analysis; means you can build pretty complex user funnels, with multiple dropoff points, and see how they change (over time, under certain correlations, etc.)

- really responsive customer support

- Customizable dashboards and categories for dashboards. We have a few high-profile charts we like to keep an eye on and it's quick for us to get a lot of insight quickly because of this.

What do you dislike?

- The Activity view; at our size of an org, we have trouble gleaning any meaningful use from it.

- Charts are private by default and need to be shared with your wider team manually. Leads to a lot of "Hey check this out <link>" messages where the receiving party needs to ask for access first. Would love a settings/preferences option for "Share reports by default" or something.
