What do you like best?
Apxor has helped us dwell much deeper into understanding our Users when compared to any other tools. They go the extra mile in terms of Customer Support which is essential for any company that wants to understand how their users are behaving & help them in priortizing features/focus areas which will lead to better user engagement. One of the core strengths of the tool is Integration, which is extremely straight forward & their User Interface is intuitive which helps a lot since you don't need to spend lots of time/resources trying to figure out their tool. Most importantly they are always willing to help you out in understanding your user behaviour by providing additional data which you might require & isn't yet part of their product. Overall extremely satisfied with the product they offer at an extremely low cost & would definitely recommend them to any product which needs analytics on their user behaviour.
What do you dislike?
Their old architecture was a bit slow in pulling out long tail analytics. They have moved to new architecture which now gives real time analytics on users. The only issue which we had them has been resolved, So I think currently there is anything to dislike about :)
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We have been able to get insight into how videos are relevant to users on top of textual news we offered. This alone has added significant value add in terms of increase in retention numbers along with engagement time.
