Has everything you need and then some, implementation a little tough
What do you like best?
Once it is up and running it is very effective. Customers and employees love the ease of using it. Overall great product and will enhance your communication.
What do you dislike?
The implementation was a little bit of a struggle. It took much longer than planned. Their support was very professional and eventually with the help from our internal IT department got it to work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall it is a great product. Many features are offered and will not only enhance your customer satisfaction but your internal productivity as well.
Plan extra time for implementation and testing if you are considering.

First, it is another way for our customers to communicate with us and a way that they wanted to. Secondly, productivity has increased significantly after about 60 days of use.
