Invaluable tool for Account Mangers that want to maximize their efficiency.

What do you like best?

I like the Chorus Dashbaord that has my call history and log that I can break out by type for training purposes.

I also would not be able to live without the transcript of my calls with my customers to help me provide the best response after our calls.

What do you dislike?

That my manager makes me send him calls for a review. JK, there is honestly not much to dislike about this product from an AM and team standpoint.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to actively listen to my customer on our calls to engage with them on the call and not have to worry about follow-up, or taking notes so I don't miss anything. I am able to take more customer calls per day and achieve the same effect on the outcomes of those calls.

I have realized that without Chorus I would not be able to manage as many customers as I do now.
