What do you like best?

Zoomin's product offering is enterprise-level and is positioned to meet current and future business requirements easily. The platform:

* Automatically includes features developed for industry needs

* Supports easy publishing of DITA XML

Zoomin always displays a "can do" and "customer first" attitude. They have a pulse on the industry and understand the goals of many companies that have similar goals in mind.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes release cycles for new enhancements can be delayed. Zoomin typically strives to do everything they can to meet timelines, however sometimes that doesn't always line up.
