What do you like best?

ZoomScheduler is an extension for the Chrome browser that allows you to integrate the Zoom video conferencing software with the Google Calendar. With a few mouse clicks you can then plan a video conference, report it on your calendar and invite the participants to the meeting.

The options allow you to establish an event ID, configure a possible password for it, establish audio and video configurations for both hosts and participants, as well as enable or disable the ability to record the event.

What do you dislike?

The extension for Chrome recognizes the Zoom rate plan and is therefore available in the FREE version only with the Zoom Basic plan allowing video conferences no longer than 40 minutes on meetings with 3 or more participants. It is therefore necessary to adhere to a higher tariff plan (Upgrade) to have unlimited group meetings and more features.

If you are considering an easy way to easily organize video conferences for courses, job interviews or webinars, ZoomScheduler is definitely an extension that will save you time. Consider which rate plan is most appropriate for your business to avoid the limits of the free service. But if video conferences of not more than 40 minutes are enough, it is the best choice.

ZoomScheduler, by hooking up to Google services such as Gmail (with Zoom in Gmail extension) and Google Calendar allow the user to plan a meeting while replying to a customer email. This tool therefore makes the work of managing contacts, calendars and work teams (especially remotely) much easier and faster.
