What do you like best?

There is one thing about Zirtual that I like, and it is the user interface. It is so easy to use, and the features are where you would expect them to be on the dashboard. This tool is great as a virtual assistant, and using it is seamless. I like the ability to customize the tool as well as manage the different features.

What do you dislike?

Since Zirtual has never malfunctioned for the time I have used it; I have no reason to discredit its capabilities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Zirtual is perfect when it comes to handling the virtual assistant needs of our business. Since it has been amazing, I recommend it to other prospective businesses. However, it is important to note that the tool is ideal for small teams.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We implemented Zirtual as our main virtual assistant, and I can report that it has been amazing and it has all the features we need in such software.
