Great experience with our new OKR tool
What do you like best?
So far my team used google spreadsheets for creating and managing OKRs. We decided to try something new and our choice was Tability. I can say that managing Tability is easy, fast and managed to save us time. Later on the tool was adopted by the other teams in the company without any issues. Tability has a pleasant, user-friendly design and can be used for both start-up companies and mature products. Auto-reminders are great.
Last but not least - I was super happy with their customer service - super friendly and fast :)
What do you dislike?
Personally, I haven't used the stats chart, maybe it can be useful for bigger teams or different set-ups. "How to" pages can be useful too
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps us for creating faster monthly reports and decks and to creating a better agenda for our team meetings and 1:1. Also Tability helps us to communicate our goals faster and clearer within the company
