Advanced user of Zift SolutionsCreating and running campaigns with Zift is easy. The templates are user-friendly; however, if you need help, the support staff is accommodating and responsive. We were able to get our first campaign up and running within minutes.
The automated social media settings are awesome! If you don't have the ability or time to create content, linking your account with your vendor/partners allows you to leverage their social media content which can be edited to conform to your company's needs.
The user interface is very user-friendly. My email marketing tasks are simplified by this tool and we've been generating a good number of leads using it. The reporting is also fantastic; we know who has read or clicked our emails, and syncing with our CRM allows our reps to reach out to interested prospects. Our work efficiency has improved and the results are amazing!
There is a lot you can do with Zift - the capabilities are definitely advanced. Sometimes we felt overwhelmed and initially spent a good amount of time getting to learn the system. Once we became familiar we were able to launch new campaigns with ease and with a minimal amount of effort.
There is also not enough self help or explanations with some of the fields. I believe that would be helpful for users to better understand how each section and subsection relates to the overall setup of the company or campaigns.
