An amazing solution for on call teams

What do you like best?

Zenduty is truly the next generation of on-call and incident response tools. It's perfect for teams that are looking to adopt the incident response best practices that have been perfected by companies like Google, Dropbox, Slack and other companies who are admired for their reliability.

I like Zenduty's intuitive user experience throughout, be it the web UX, the Android UX, and most of all the Slack UX. We pretty much manage all our incidents from sitting inside a Slack channel and that's awesome - right from creating and assigning incidents, auto-creating a Zoom room and an associated Jira ticket, adding responders, assigning incident roles and tasks, custom priorities, SLAs and stakeholder comms - it's amazingly frictionless.

From an incident response standpoint, Zenduty has two killer features - their powerful custom routing rules and their task template(a fancy word for playbooks). These "tasks" or instructions are automatically added to an incident on creation in >40% of incidents tell you exactly what you need to do to fix something that just went down.

And finally, their support is top-notch. They respond within minutes and most of the stuff is covered in their documentation or tutorial videos.

What do you dislike?

I know that this is in their pipeline but would love to see some integrations with automation tools like Rundeck where one can trigger scripts manually or it gets triggered automatically whenever a specific type of incident is triggered.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy incident management.
