What do you like best?

It allows you to set mutual action plans and makes goals, and see how you obtained to those goals.

What do you dislike?

not the most user friendly platform. Did not have buy-in from the top executives.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make it much more user friendly. The team I worked with to implement, the reps had an extremely difficult time adapting. Many did not find it as intuitive as they had thought it would be.

Better coaching opportunities. A way of tracking reps and holding them accountable.
