What do you like best?
The ability to build segmented audiences through deploying tags is brilliant. That way we can target purposeful messages to relevant audiences.
It allows marketers to think outside the box and maximise the reach of content and offers. It is also great asset we can sell in commercial campaigns.
Once tags are deployed it is a relatively easy system to use for marketers and has become a part of my day.
The account and support team are very quick with responses and always willing to help.
What do you dislike?
There is so much we can do with it that it can be a worry that you don't send too many messages out to your audience at the same time. Overall very happy with the service.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The biggest problem I am solving is maximising content and increasing brand awareness to our audiences. Our content has become more purposeful to our audiences as we are able to segment the audiences and messaging.
I also able to use the analytics to report on the audiences to higher management and editorial teams to inform strategies.
