What do you like best?

There is a wide variety of templates, so you don't have to start everything from scratch. There is also an outstanding support system to help a newbie understand the ins and outs of the program. I really like the drag and drop editor!!

What do you dislike?

I think the poll/survey feature could use some work. It doesn't offer as many dynamic options as some of the other marketing apps I have used.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use the support! They are super helpful. They have several articles giving tips to go along with their templates. READ THEM! They will teach you how to purposefully title your e-mails and give you tips about your "call-to-actions". It could be a serious business changer.

Ungapped has been a huge time saver for outreach and event organization.
