What do you like best?

Not much, to be honest. You can view your stored goal sheets and signed comp plans.

What do you dislike?

The UI is TERRIBLE! Difficult to navigate and understand where numbers are coming from....the whole thing needs to be re-built from the ground, up.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure you have a good working relationship with your finance/sales ops department because you're going to be running to them with a million questions on what these numbers mean and how to read these dashboards/reports.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Xactly for sales reps to have visibility into their commissions. Numbers are always wrong, and the visual dashboards really are terrible.
