Great way to track multiple survey data

What do you like best?

We didn't have any way within our HR database to track multiple survey matches for each position. This software gives us that ability, and it has been fairly easy to set up and use.

What do you dislike?

There have been so many changes to the way the data is managed within the software, and we no longer have a dedicated support rep. It's been hard for me to fall into line with their expectations that I manage our surveys manually with all of my other responsibilities.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

You have to know your markets - they don't do any of that work for you. It's your data, but they provide a good platform for tracking the data. And they give you access to data that they've collected from other sources as well.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're able to aggregate the benchmark salaries for all of our surveys in order to come up with the one number with which to compare our salaries and identify our competitiveness within the market. That doesn't mean we always take that number as gospel, but it gives us the data we need to make a data-driven decision.
