What do you like best?
It works well with good speed. Thus, as a user, it a good experience. The overall experience is smooth and looks neat.
What do you dislike?
The user-friendliness is lacking to some extent. So a new user needs to fiddle around a lot to get things done. Also, better integration with existing interfaces is required.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Workday is a great product all over. Just ensure that integration with existing systems makes the use more effective, or else you will have to maintain multiple data input points for the same data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
A much more robust and at scale solution for the company Pay Roll system. The upgrade from the previous system was very much required, and the Workday solution was a significant improvement.
