Advanced user of WEX BenefitsWEX is very straightforward - the fees are very easy to understand, and they don't have hidden renewal fees for implementation fees. Their technology is very user-friendly - as an administrator, I can see all I need to manage my clients or provide any information they need.
The only downside is that I don't have a direct contact after the account is set up - but, their customer service team is so knowledgeable and responsive, I just don't miss it.
Any client I have that is frustrated with their COBRA vendor (lack of customer service or no access to reports or information) I am able to move to WEX to solve those issues. Also, clients I've had with frustrations with FSA management have been happy in their move to WEX! Better reporting, better communication, better technology.
