Very helpful, knowledgeable payroll/human resources staff.

What do you like best?

I like that I can always reach out to the iSolved team and they will provide me with the answers I need. They can't always tell me what to do, but they provide me information on how things/situations should be approached. If the first person I talk to doesn't know the answer they will contact someone else on their team and let me know.

What do you dislike?

Not always being able to get a hold of our designated representative but since they have put the team strategy in place we can always reach out to one of her team members and get the assistance we need or a "911" message to her to contact us as soon as possible.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

They have provided us direction on how to handle employee situations of harassment claims, how to handle pay for COVID claim from an employee, they have directed us with the completion of 1095 forms and multiple other questions that have been asked of them the last 9 months since we lost the long-term employee that processed payroll and dealt with human resource issues.
