What do you like best?
The only thing is probably useful is the web portal, otherwise it is a complete disaster.
What do you dislike?
We have so many problems with Voxbone and if I knew it in advance, I would definitely avoid them, e.g.
- you buy Brazilian phone number but you can not use Voxout for local calls
- porting process takes ages, even in the US. I think they are missing some certifications and therefore they have to ask a number of redundant questions
- The prices are extremely high and do not reflect the value
- etc.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We aimed to have to have solution that enables us to buy phone numbers and ability to make calls internationally.
