What do you like best?
This software is user friendly and customer service is great
What do you dislike?
There are some features that could use some advance explanations but you can't find content anywhere instead you have to call customer service. The are general good but sometimes that is frustrating for customers

Make sure you have numbers of your 3rd party vendors hand because visual matrix are not always able to handle questions
