Recommended software for hotels

What do you like best?

I used this software to manage the front desk and I found it very easy to use. The presence of a lot of colours makes all visual clear and intuitive. You can manage the entry of guest data, their payment method, their particular needs.

What do you dislike?

I did not find any downsides with this software. I heard that there are other software more easy or not full of so many colours but honestly, I prefer HotelCUBE. My experience was positive and I recommend this software.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend the use of HoteCUBE because it contains all that a Reception needs to control all the step of her job. From the online or telephone reservation, next to the check-in and registration of guest data, then the vision of all the room (includes the type of room, number of guests, date of checkout..) and the payments schedule.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I could organize my work very well and managed all the reservation with simplicity. I was able to change any rates immediately. The payments were ever accurate and calculated fastly. the software can be used simultaneously by multiple users. This allows the work to be divided in the event of an influx of customers at the same time or phone calls. While one answers the phone the other takes care of the customer. All these speeds up the work create a more united and organized team and allow the customer not to wait too long before being heard.
