What do you like best?

Very user friendly, easy to move through screens, and functionality is a no-brainier on a network of computers. I am a fan of the wide range of accounts I am able to cover, the information it is able to remind me, of as well as the ability to even set reminders when things should be billed. QuickBooks is great, but this program has definitely made a dent in our daily computer workload.

What do you dislike?

Timeout session is very quick, also, if you walk away - you usually have to start over! I also am not a fan of the layouts for invoices - I would rather have something more comfortable and easy to read - than just a regular invoice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are ensuring that our books are 100% up to date, on both ends of the spectrum.l This program, along with QuickBooks, has helped immensely in keeping our finances in order. This definitely has helped us spend less time in the office, and more time interacting with customers. With the mobile version, I am able to explain billing on a job site - as well as take payments with other programs that we have paired with it.
