What do you like best?
It is a must-have tool if you work in networking, almost all big organizations have a Visio Diagram with the network connections and interactions between departments with the downside that the diagram is as good as the knowledge that engineer making it has about Visio but even badly made diagrams have good enough information to be able to understand the network even if they lack layers.
What do you dislike?
No MacOSX version so I need to run a Virtual Machine or run it on another PC besides my work laptop to be able to run it, also the new shift to Office 365 to fully integrate all Office 365 apps does not make me so happy, it gives me a little anxiety to not be able to run my old files with every upgrade, especially a major one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please use layers in your diagrams, it makes your job later a lot easier.
