What do you like best?

The program itself is easy to navigate and suits business needs well. It's also really easy to locate what your looking for. I like that the program doesn't look "flashy" but that its easy on the eyes to navigate though.

What do you dislike?

There are A LOT of tabs and training others on how to use the program can be lengthy. Once you've understood how to use it, it's easy, but it takes quite a bit of time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

After learning how to use the system, you'll be pleasantly surprised how helpful it is. It's one of the better systems out there.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A lot of information on different clients we have can be easily stored in Vantaca instead of having to go to several places to find what I'm looking for.
