What do you like best?

It helps us provide a personalized experience for new users which is great when you have so many moving pieces and cannot get to every new customer right away. We use it primarily to show new users around and teach them what they need to know to start using our products. It is easy to set up and create these experiences. We recently set up the resource center and that has been wonderful!

What do you dislike?

For what we use it for, there is nothing we have found that it does not do for us. No complaints here!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our biggest problem is customers being able to use our dashboard without going through a demo first. Now we have steps set up that a demo with us is just a nice add on!
