UserIQ, Simple and easy to use
What do you like best?
Very easy to use to add basic pop-ups and tooltips. The UserIQ team is very friendly and usually quick to respond to technical issues. Provides great insight into user data and usage.
What do you dislike?
We did hit a few bugs, and they were typically resolved within a few days. I noticed that some of their Help Center is outdated with old screenshots. It can be tricky to learn how to add steps to guided tours, as you need to start some of the steps in the on-screen editor, but then need to go to the UserIQ website to do other things.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are improving usability within our platform and increasing adoption, while tracking valuable user data and usage.
