What do you like best?

It is a great platform that helps tracks important key performance indicators for the client and help them make important decisions based on analytical results shown.It helps clients know about their campaigns,deliver actionable insights and create reports and dashboards for their marketing campaign, stock and warehouse analysis.It also helps create customized mobile applications that provide real-time information about stocks, orders, clients and transaction made and track KPI and revenue growth for the organisation.

What do you dislike?

It stores all data on public cloud which can lead to data security and compliance issues.It also helps in tracking orders but can lead to a lag which makes it difficult to refresh data and due to this can make transaction errors. It also does not help keep track of customer relations and is not a central repository of all customer realted data.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

It is really helpful platform to help increase customer engagement , know about a customer journey and increase brand and campaign awareness and tracking. Overall it is helpful in running advance analytics reports and crating intuitive dashboards for clients. this platform is highly recommended for organisation which are interested i offering better and improved services to their customers and providing them with content that they really want.
