A survey software that Worth trying.

What do you like best?

m-pathy survey helps us to get unbiased customer feedback in no time. It is very useful for taking self-designed surveys directly from our website. It really helps us to understand more about our customer's desires and enable us to respond them according to their concerns. With commendable interface and simplicity in use it also provides us with plethora of features for designing surveys.

What do you dislike?

Due to its usefulness, we can't just dislike it for neglectable reasons. It's performance significantly decreases with increasing workload and time. Also, we face some simple bugs that can ruin it's user's impression.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

While in search of simple but effective and efficient survey tool we decided to give it a try and it's performance was outstanding. Customers research and management are the major factors to delt with in an IT company and almost every aspect is handled by m-pathy surveys. It takes quick surveys on our website itself and for genuine surveys we mainly choose Email approach as they are only for potential customers. With increasing workload and diminishing performance and efficiency cause us to switch to a better one.
