What do you like best?

I really loved the option to be able to have tweets imported, organized in a way for easy viewing and presentation. this helps with working on multiple types of medias in relation to the tweets. it can work with the G suite functions!

What do you dislike?

sometimes it feels like I am just pull stories rather than important information and other times i struggle with using the program properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

i highly recommend this if you are a heavy user of twitter and as someone that works a lot with twitter to manage my social media notices, brand, and etc. this application helps create an easy set up with google alerts and this tool helps with working well with curating your tweets in an organized fashion.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The user friendliness can be a struggle but other times I feel like with some practice and getting used to the application becomes a great part of your organization and twitter accounts.
