What do you like best?
The cross-platform functionality, from computer to phone app. The app allowed out teams to really stay connected with one another.
Specifically, during the work from home stretch of the pandemic, this was very crucial because we did not have to work on transferring phone locations, we just specified that people use the Truly app on their smart phones.
Not to mention that you can link Truly with your Salesforce account to track client calls and keep recordings.
What do you dislike?
The computer app sometimes crashes and has trouble connecting with some blue tooth devices using the computer. I only experienced this with the desktop app. The phone app was easy to use like any other messaging type app that also had functionality to call.

This VOIP solution is well worth it. It allows you to connect your various accounts and devices together, keep records of information in one place. Seamlessly connect the information across devices to use on the go, remote, or in the office.

Truly has solved our phone system concern. Providing secure lines for a VOIP service. The app allowed our teams to be connected to their office phones during work from home as well as away from the office.
While previously mentioned the unrealized benefit of this software was during the WFH stretch of this year, we were able to direct employees to have the app on their smartphones so we did not need to relocate the physical desk phones for employees.
