If you are shopping around for CCaaS apps, do the demo and decide for yourself. I believe you will love it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

No problems to date. The ability to scale our call queue with high demand (above 1000 calls) was a major reason for selecting this product. The best feature for me is the ability to connect with several legacy backed databases and keep one singular agent desktop using the built-in CKS application. It was on our main requirement and I'm really happy because it's 100% integrated. Keeps screen and audio recordings simple for QM. The other very important item is implementation. Deploying storm for WFH was days not weeks, and the user-friendly agent interface made training a breeze.
