Trello Bot

What do you like best?

The Bot takes care of so many tasks that one would traditionally do manually. Trello itself is already a great productivity/agile tool, but the Trello Bot makes Trello even more effective and efficient with all its great features.

What do you dislike?

The only part I do dislike is that for a beginner, or one that is not used to the technology. Learning how to maximize the functionality of the Trello Bot can be difficult, but this can be overcame by resources such as videos on the internet.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

In order to take advantage of all the features, make sure to leverage resources from your peers, and/or online. This will help customize the fit of Trello Bot to your organization. Trello Bot will help your enterprise be more efficient and effective. Also, make sure you listen to the users of the Bot. These users will tell you everything from the problems they are facing on the daily, to how they think Trello Bot can help them more.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Trello Bot is helping us limit the interaction of our typical administrator functions. Now with Trello Bot, our administrator has more time to apply to other projects, and tasks while Trello Bot takes care of some of the typical administrator tasks.
