What do you like best?

The ability to track where an owner is and print mailing labels.

What do you dislike?

Customer support and pricing to upgrade to TOPS One. The biggest issue was the accounting side of the software. It was very difficult for non-accountants.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Not certain if they are accepting new customers for TOPS Professional as they are moving into a cloud product that is too expensive for my association, so we are moving to a new product.

If you do not have a real bookkeeper or accountant on staff, do not move to TOPS as the non-accountant here could not understand how their postings affected the aged receivables and payables.
