What do you dislike?

What is to dislike??? Maybe more drop down menus for more than one mobile number or an easier way to close out a transaction without making a ficticious number of a client you are not working with (I know that was being addressed) MLS#'s search that are outside of your board, because we have several in MI.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The CRM platform is an easy way to keep track of everything all in one place. No need to have other outlets. If you follow up daily, it becomes easier to keep track of the buyers, their needs, and once a sale or transaction is underway, you can keep track of that as well. There is a built-in task list you can utilize or customize your own.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The insights are a fantastic way to keep track of the client's needs! It was difficult to remember what clients looked at which property and if they liked it or didn't like is for one reason or another, notes are easly to keep track of specific needs
