What do you like best?

It is a great free tool which has the sales force contact list on customer sites and portal. The trial version is good for a longer period of time.i like how easily and so quick it is.

What do you dislike?

It should have more statistical tools, should increase the breadth of the limited 10k words in the survey.many a times the user is not well used in my field.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Good for a small survey.cannot be used for mass survey due to less advanced analysis.
