Advanced user of SimpleSurveyYou can build surveys with 5 easy steps and the service even offers suggestions on rating scales.
It offers a mobile friendly version, which i liked because I was creating a survey on the go.
I saw no downside, other than it can be overwhelming at first if you have never created a survey.
One feature I specifically liked was the fact that you could save previously asked questions in the system. I was able to pick questions from a drop down menu that I have used in another survey before.
