Clear, concise, user friendly and informative.

What do you like best?

The clear direction of the guidance to understand the outcomes of the questionnaire, as well as the level of accuracy on telling the thought process of the employee/candidate conducting the questionnaire.

What do you dislike?

The GIA test. This is not user friendly and if the user fails a field, their confidence can become knocked which influences their next set of the test negatively when it would have been positive.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've identified it needs to be made clearer what you need to do to download the correct results. Thomas have confirmed this has been brought up by other customers.

Simple way to engage with talent internal and external and there's an array of reports to choose from to hone in on what we're looking for.
