Use the available question bank but add your own tailored questions (in our case we use open ended to see how the candidate responds)

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

TestDome has provided us great capability in filtering out candidates for building our development team. The tests not only help us validate a candidates technical potential but also whether they are really interested in the role (as most who are not serious drop out without taking the test meaning we don't spend time interviewing).

We have also found it useful to allow for follow up questions in the interview and to generally streamline the process. The available question bank is good and the ability to add specific questions of your own makes it feel tailored to us rather than just a n other company.

Would definitely recommend if you are hiring for technical talent.
