The Field as the best tool for canvassing and field sales

What do you like best?

The customized buttons make it really easy to integrate any action in the Salesforce platform. Is super easy when you are in the field. Very little training is needed. I like how you can schedule things out in advance.

What do you dislike?

The tool itself is very easy to use and there is not much I don't like. It would be nice it it integrated with things other than Salesforce. We are Salesforce users so its not an issue.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

This is the best for door to door out there today. If you are using Salesforce or are thinking about switching to Salesforce for a CRM AND you are in the field, you must consider The Field. The price is right and it adds so much to your CRM. Keep life simple and use The Field!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can add an address that is not on the map and enter in any information to push to my CRM right from the mobile device.
