Survaider is an online SaaS customer experience management platform which lets businesses understand the voice of customers and hence act on it.

Understanding customer feedback from all online and offline channels and acting on it in real time is hard. Survaider applies machine learning and NLP techniques to unlock huge stores of unstructured customer data that are trapped in different mediums like social conversations, review websites, and feedback forms.

Good tool for managing multiple locations

What do you like best?

it helps us measure key attributes like food, cleanliness, service across all our locations and makes our restaurant managers more accountable.

What do you dislike?

Since it is a newer tool, they don't integrations with a lot of CRMs and support tools

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

we were looking for a tool to send complaints from our customers in realtime to the corporate office and the managers. We have now made our team more accountable and geared towards better service. We have seen an increase in our overall satisfaction scores
