Out-dated user-interface. Reports are difficult to customize. Limited customization option within the system.

Consider the online version as well as the on-premise solution. Both have their advantages as well as different cost-structures.

Spruce allowed us to integrate POS with inventory and receiving, as well as general ledger. We are also able to track the flow of documents from receipt of an item, all the way through it's sale and payment. We are also able to manage our inventory and forecast re-ordering requirements based on past usage.
