Vital Tool for Audience Development & Strategic Targeting

What do you like best?

The insight into unique affinities per audience is invaluable when developing paid media campaigns and/or conducting media outreach (PR). Discovering interest outliers has helped me to push my brands outside of comfort zone and the return on investment is huge.

What do you dislike?

I do wish there was an opportunity to evaluate audiences based on a full social footprint versus TW + IG only. Understand limited access via API, however.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If your ad campaigns and media spends are inefficient, this is the tool for you. Grant access to your strategists and the strategically sound tactics will come back almost immediately.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was able to convince clients and in-house teams that "purchaser profiles" created by creatives alone aren't backed by any insight; it's usually subjective, meaning expensive campaigns don't exceed expectations because this thinking actually limits performance.

By understanding multiple personas that can and will buy a product, watch a television show or claim a membership, total audience reach skyrockets and with custom messaging based on affinities, performance is impressive.
