What do you like best?

BuzzRadar's platform is top-notch with an extremely friendly user interface that is detailed enough for those who like to get more in the weeds of data and social conversation. Their customer service and collaboration is phenomenal. BuzzRadar is always bringing new ideas and suggestions to the table to improve both our on-site visualizations as well as making sure we capture everything we need to during the event.

What do you dislike?

I have no dislikes of BuzzRadar. They consistently go above and beyond with their service and platform that we can't imagine having our event without them at this point.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do not hesitate. They are a superior social media monitoring platform and will give you a complete view of the conversation happening around your event, topic, etc.
