Creating meaningful conversations with Spectrm

What do you like best?

Spectrm makes it easy to build interactive Messenger chatbots to integrate with click to Messenger campaigns. It's simple to connect specific chatbot conversations to ads on Instagram and Facebook using the entrypoint tool. This helps test different chatbot conversations and ad combinations. When combined with conversation analytics, you can understand what works and what doesn't. Automation tool helped send personal reminders to anyone who dropped off. This increased the engagement a lot.

The customer success team at Spectrm is extremely engaged and responsive during both the launch process and every phase of campaign rollout afterwards. I was especially impressed with how they carefully ensured the client to understand the whole process and feel comfortable with the solutions proposed, e.g. when dealing with sensitive topics like breast cancer.

All these features and support from the Spectrm team helped us create an interactive health check up on Messenger for CoppaFeel! that beat every brand lift performance benchmark for the non-profit vertical on Facebook. It's now a Messenger success story.

What do you dislike?

Building all the segments for re-engagement automation takes a while and can be pretty complex. Also, not always easy to keep all the different conversations and connected ads organised.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

One of the main problems we solved with Spectrm was engaging a young audience about potential health risks on Instagram.

Serious topics don't need a serious tone: Our interactive and playful adverts inviting the audience to use the bot for a self-check resonated the most with a younger audience (action intent for 18-24 year olds - 6.3pts).

Creating an interactive health check up bot on Messenger meant we could make people comfortable with health topics in a format that was really interactive and engaging. The impact was huge. 22% of people subscribed for monthly reminders, which was a key objective for CoppaFeel as a charity. We did a Messenger brand lift test on Facebook. It showed the click to Messenger campaign performed nearly 3x higher than the industry average on every indicator. Ad recall was over 24 pts higher, campaign awareness saw a 7.9 lift and action intent was +4.9 pts.
