What do you like best?

It has a good service module and interfaces with graphs and charts right when it's needed. Its very easy to navigate and it is a quality product.

What do you dislike?

The program sometimes freezes when you are trying to add multiple items. It has too many customization options. Its good software so all the extra bells and whistles are not necessary.

I would suggest giving it a go. It's very easy to navigate.
