What do you like best?
My favorite part of Google Sheets is the real-time collaboration. We share lots of information with multiple people on a regular basis. Google Sheets makes this simple
What do you dislike?
I'm only disappointed that I didn't create this. As I said it is an awesome tool. It looks and feels like Microsoft's Excel but easier to use.

Free and easy versus paid and not as easy. Use it and you'll love it!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We use Sheets to gather customer information. With the customer actively logged in we can see the changes real time and adjust their phone system accordingly. This has been amazing for us as we used to make an Excel spreadsheet, send it to the customer to have them fill it out, then return it to us. When they needed to make changes we would end up with several versions of the same spreadsheet. With Google Sheets it's 1 spreadsheet per customer.
