Easy to use, user friendly marketing system

What do you like best?

The ability to have all your data segmented and ready to be used in one intuitive UI. The integration process is very simple and by 30-45 days you can have access to the system. In addition, you can run complexed journeys for different languages.

Besides the data management capabilities, one of the most important capabilities of solitics' is the ability to react contextually based on the player's actions and in real time, unlike other companies that say "Real time" but mean up to 2-3 minutes. solitics does in a few seconds.

What do you dislike?

The UI could have some improvement, as it seems a bit outdated.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Solitics automation platform to plan and execute my campaigns and promotions, as part of our long-term marketing strategy, we are reacting to our customers based on their behavior and actions via multiple channels such as : WhatsApp, SMS, Email and in-site pop- ups, we saw an incredible uplifts in almost all metrics since we started to use solitics.
