Advanced user of SoftAgent for CiscoThis iPhone is one of the best I've ever used. I like how you put people on hold and call other people. I like the way it disconnects I like how you can go back and see what calls you had and the number that they came from. It's very well organized and you can go back and verify the data that you need to. The other thing that's really great about it is it is connected to our system that we have to notate in they work hand-in-hand.
There isn't much that I dislike sometimes it legs and you have to clear cache and cookies to get it to work again. There honestly is not much to dislike about this.
This is great for big and small companies I would recommend this easy to use
The problems that we are solving are better call times. Better average handle times. Better overall stats.
