What do you like best?

It is very user-friendly, and I quickly created what I needed to with all the variety of tools available. You can easily create walls, doors, walkthough spaces, and even put where windows are in the building you are drawing. You can get into detail however much you want.

What do you dislike?

It would be helpful if it had more options for creating rooms/ buildings to scale. I found it a little frustrating when attempting to make slanted walls with a door. The door kept swinging the incorrect way. I had to work with it a while before I got it the way I wanted it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Smartdraw is a tremendous and excellent program for quick and easy drawings, diagrams, and representations. Easy to use, short to maneuver, fun to learn and pick up on.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am recreating fire exit plaques for an office building. It was effortless to draw out a map of the building and create fire escape plans.
